In another group I belong to Sarah asked if it was possible to have full sized sashing squares at the end of the sashing rows in an on-point setting in EQ. Well, yes Sarah it is.
There are a couple of tricks necessary to make it all work. You will need to ‘float’ your squares and borders on level 2 but you will still need a small border on level 1 to extend your setting triangles to your border. If you see my image 2 below you can see the border I’ve put on level 1 which when ‘outline patches’ is unchecked makes it appear your setting triangles extend all the way to my first border.
There may be other ways to do this but this is the method I chose.
If this isn’t clear to you, please let me know. Would you like a tutorial on this? If you would like a copy of my EQ7 file leave a comment and I’ll send it to you. This obviously won’t happen if you’re a no reply person!
