A combination of some of my last blocks in a quilt.
This week I purchased some fabric for the setting triangles and outer border of my Bonnie Hunter Double Delight. Today I stitched several rows together and discovered I am 8 alternate blocks short. I knew I was missing a few but I thought it was 3 or 4. I think when I was tidying up in my work room over the last few weeks that I’ve cut some of the fabric into 2.5″ squares. I can’t even remember where my ‘constant’ fabric for the little 9 patches is. Oh no, this is going to be one tricky finish to a ufo. As for the new mystery starting shortly, well I’ve decided that’s a definite no for me.
How many Bonnie quilts have you started? How many finishes? I know they are very popular and I love them but there is so much work in them. Still I love a good scrap quilt!
